We want you to be happy with every order from Habeeby L.L.C-FZ. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we may no longer be able to accept the return.
2. Conditions for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In new, unused condition
With all original tags and labels attached
In the original packaging (including boxes, dust bags, protective wraps, and any accessories or freebies that came with the item)
Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
For beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Start a Return Contact us at [email protected] within the 30-day window and include:
Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
The reason for the return
Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will:
Send you a return shipping label (where available)
Share instructions on how and where to send your package

4. Return Shipping Costs
For UAE & Saudi Arabia Orders: Return shipping is free. We will provide a return label.
For International Orders: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels for international shipments. You must arrange and pay for your own shipping method to return the items to our facility in Dubai.
5. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] if:
The item is defective or damaged, or
You received the wrong item, size, or color
Include photos of:
The item
The packaging
The shipping label
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case and product availability. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, except if they are defective on arrival:
Opened or used beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and fragrances
Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel if tags or hygiene seals are removed
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Gift cards and store credit

7. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product:
Request a return for the original item.
Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.
8. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, and you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the standard return conditions: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy, where applicable.
9. Restocking Fees
International Orders: A flat restocking fee of $25.00 USD will be deducted from your refund amount for all international returns.
UAE & Saudi Arabia Orders: No restocking fee applies.
10. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved:
We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Note for International Orders: The refund will be the item price minus the $25.00 USD restocking fee. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at [email protected].
Product Return Eligibility Badge
Each product on Habeeby.com displays a clear Return Eligibility Badge indicating whether the item is returnable or non-returnable.
If a product shows “Returnable”, it is eligible for return within 30 days under the conditions described in this policy.
If a product shows “Non-Returnable”, it cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
