1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

United Arab Emirates
  • Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days

  • Express Delivery (selected cities): Same-day or next-day, depending on the time of order.

Saudi Arabia
  • Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on courier capacity, customs, and your city.

Other
  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days

4. Shipping Fees

United Arab Emirates
  • Standard Delivery: Free (for orders above AED 200)

  • Standard Delivery: AED 14 (for orders below the free-shipping threshold)

Saudi Arabia
  • Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

  • Some promotions may include free shipping.

Other

Standard Delivery: AED 80


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real-time

6. Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you:

  • They will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If all attempts fail, the order may be returned to us.

  • You may be responsible for re-delivery costs.


7. Customs & Import Duties (for Saudi Arabia and some other countries)

Some international deliveries may incur:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT or clearance fees

These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer as required by local regulations.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
Habeeby is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, a re-delivery fee may apply.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

    We will assist you immediately and arrange a replacement or return.
